Como tratar do visto para entrada na Rússia!
Ora aqui está um post dica que espero que seja útil a muuuuuuita gente. Uma pessoa pensa que vai ali num instantinho à Rússia e volta, porque arranjou uma promoção de última hora, mas desenganem-se, é a parte mais chata e burocrática do processo. E requer algum tempo de planeamento. Mas deixo-vos o essencial do que precisam fazer!
- Terem um passaporte com valida mínima de seis meses à data de entrada na Rússia.
- Marcar voos e alojamento – sim, enquanto que o alojamento é fácil cancelar caso alguma coisa dê para o torto o voo terão mesmo de comprá-lo antes de terem a certeza que estão aprovados para o visto.
- Conseguir uma carta-convite para entrar que em princípio poderá ser passada pela maioria dos alojamentos (hotéis, apartamentos) mas que em último caso pode ser conseguida em alguma agência de viagens russa. Normalmente paga-se cerca de 20 euros, podem ter a sorte de o vosso hotel “oferecer” o serviço.
- Fazer um seguro de viagem com cobertura de um mínimo de 30 mil euros para assistência médica.
- Preencher formulário/questionário disponibilizado online, aqui.
Depois de terem tudo isto pronto têm duas opções:
- Vão pessoalmente à Embaixada Russa em Lisboa entregar todos os documentos listados acima.
- Podem pedir a alguém que faça a entrega dos documentos em vosso nome (adicionar aos documentos uma declaração em como autorizam) mas o pedido tem de ser feito no Centro de Vistos da Rússia e não na Embaixada e está sujeito a uma taxa de pagamento extra.
O tempo habitual para emissão do visto é de 10 dias úteis, mas é recomendado que façam o pedido pelo menos 1 mês antes da viagem, para não terem problemas com eventuais atrasos. O visto custa 35 euros (para este prazo regular) e o serviço do Centro de Vistos custa mais 30. Caso queiram que vos seja enviado depois por correio terão de pagar outros 25 euros para custas postais.
Se tudo correr bem, estão prontos a embarcar!
Excepções à emissão de vistos para a Rússia:
– Há regras específicas para a entrada no país de navio/ferry a partir de outros países do Báltico. estadias curtas podem estar isentas de visto. Consultar informação detalhada aqui.
– Durante o Mundial de Futebol a realizar-se no próximo mês de Junho/Julho (2018) estará também em vigor programa de isenção de visto com regras que implicam por exemplo a posse de bilhete para um dos jogos e registo como adepto (FAN ID). Ver mais detalhes aqui.
– Portadores de passaporte brasileiro estão dispensados de pedido de visto para entrar na Rússia se portadores de passaporte válido pelo mínimo de seis meses.
Todas estas regras são válidas apenas para vistos turísticos.
