Emergência mental | a luz ao fundo do confinamento
2021 começou em Estado de Emergência. foram quatro longos meses até hoje (o último dia), dois e meio dos quais completamente presos em casa. Não há muitas certezas em relação ao que virá daqui para a frente, mas já se vê uma luzinha ao fundo do túnel do confinamento. Venha o Verão e venham as vacinas. Para celebrar este fim-de-semana vou “laurear a pevide” pela primeira vez em 2021.
Fica o balanço, para registo e memória futura, de mais um período de recolhimento forçado que se espera ter sido o último:
- Nunca em dias da minha vida achei que ia sentir falta (física) do ginásio. Mas há tempo para tudo e as horas de sofá e a falta de movimento voltaram a deixar-me aflita das costas. A idade não perdoa, agora quase vou malhar feliz.
- O conceito de fora-da-lei ganha contornos diferentes a cada dia que passa. De repente esta cidadã exemplar pode ir presa por tráfico de minis. É o fim dos tempos.
- Não podemos correr o mundo mas trazer o mundo até casa é sempre uma boa opção. Haja imaginação e tivemos direito a menu japonês (sushi), francês (raclette), italiano (lasanha), espanhol (hola tapas!) e a pequenos-almoços/brunch de hotel, com bacon, panquecas, ovos e tudo o resto que possam imaginar. Houve de tudo para inovar.
- Confinamento rima com novelas da Globo, desta vez voltei a “Viver a Vida”, e caminho ataquei também uma série de conteúdos novos na Netflix, espreitem lá que eram bem fixes:
