Foi assim o São João…
E pronto, depois de na semana passada vos ter chateado tanto com o São João, aqui fica finalmente a reportagem do fim de tarde/noite em questão.
Cheguei à Baixa por volta das 20:00 e o ambiente já estava animadíssimo, ainda se passeava à vontade pela ribeira, mas já havia alguma dificuldade em passar entre grelhadores e manjericos nas ruas mais estreitas dos bairros. Abancamos para comer sardinhas e fêveras, beber umas cerveja, ouvir uma musiquinha, deitar conversa fora e ir animando para a noite que se avizinhava.
No final, e ainda sem saber bem como consegui chegar à ribeira e arranjar um lugarzinho para ver o fogo quase em frente à praça do cubo.
Apesar do atraso (supostamente por causa de uns barcos que ainda não estavam à distância de segurança) o fogo foi bem giro e depois recomeçou a caminhada até aos Aliados onde já só cheguei a tempo do final do concertos dos GNR, depois de ter subido a Rua das Flores quase com os pés no ar. O pessoal não arredou pé e ainda houve DJs, muita música e muito esqueleto a abanar na Avenida.
A noite acabou nas Galerias até os pés pedirem tréguas, eram 5h da manhã, e no sábado andei em modo zombie todo o dia, já não tenho idade para grandes noitadas, está visto.
Para o ano há mais!
Surpreendentemente, ou não, os balões quase desapareceram dos céus, viram-se alguns, mas ainda davam para contar. Quase tudo pessoal civilizado 🙂
