É a Senhora da Bonança | Vila Praia de Âncora
Este fim-de-semana tenho festa à porta de casa, e já que há aqui uma meia dúzia de pessoas que me leem (eram 10, estamos a crescer!) aproveito para fazer um bocadinho de publicidade e contar-vos as coisas boas da romaria.
Há coisas para lá de péssimas, eu não sou uma pessoa romeira, e não ter onde estacionar o carro ou concertos de música pimba à porta de casa tiram-me do sério, mas se isto é para dizer bem, foquemo-nos nas coisas boas.
Pois então, a Festa em Honra de Nossa Senhora da Bonança (padroeira dos pescadores) realiza-se desde que me lembro – e muito antes também – no segundo fim-de-semana de Setembro. É desde sempre o marco de fim de férias, de fim de Verão. Por cá costumamos dizer que o Inverno começa com o último foguete da festa. E é mais ou menos isso.
O dia mais importante da festa, e o meu favorito, é a quinta-feira. A procissão ao mar – diz quem já viu outras – é das maiores do país e é bem bonito de se ver. Depois disso é comer e beber (principalmente beber!), conviver e dançar ao som das concertinas o resto do dia. O único problema é mesmo ter de trabalhar na sexta.
Para além da quinta-feira há mais três coisas que eu gosto:
– Farturas, cheira a Verão e a festas, o Inverno é demasiado longo porque não há farturas entre Outubro e Maio. É tão simples, faz tão mal, mas é tão bom. Acompanhado por um Sumol de ananás, o clássico dos clássicos.
– Bandas. Adoro ver (ouvir!) as bandas. Estão cheias de malta nova que já sabe muito de música e cada vez tocam música mais animada e divertida e menos marchas enfadonhas. Há duas bandas ao sábado e uma ao domingo. A entrada e a despedida são fixes, mas o ponto alto é o concerto de sábado à noite quando tocam ao desafio.
– Fogo de artifício. Eu sei que aquilo é literalmente estourar dinheiro, mas não consigo deixar de achar graça. E convenhamos que tirando no Rio de Janeiro não há muito outros sítios incríveis para ver os fogos sentados na areia da praia, ahahah. Só em Âncora.
